Candidates are evaluated through a structured scoring system, with a maximum of 100 points.
Each profile is assessed by a Calbaria commission based on the documentation provided (CV, certificates, portfolio, references, publications).

Calbaria degrees do not have academic value in Italy, but they are certified and recognized in the private sector and internationally thanks to ISO 9001 certification, sector IAF 37 (Education). They can be registered at the USA office (Texas) or the EU office (Las Palmas / Italy).

The day will begin with the welcoming of guests and registration: participants will check in, receive a personalized badge with a welcome kit, and have the opportunity to take a photo with the official Calbaria backdrop, thanks to the presence of a professional photographer.
This will be followed by the official opening, with greetings from the President or the CEO, along with a brief speech about the meaning and value of the titles awarded by Calbaria.
The central moment of the ceremony will be the lectio magistralis, delivered by an honorary guest who will offer an inspirational talk on current topics such as innovation, leadership, and global competencies.
Following this, the diploma presentation will take place: each graduate will be called on stage to receive their title in a solemn manner, accompanied by an official photo of the moment.
This will be followed by the official opening, with greetings from the President or the CEO, along with a brief speech about the meaning and value of the titles awarded by Calbaria.
