The titles issued by Calbaria Academy™, the educational division of Calbaria Education Group LLC (848 Brickell Ave – Miami, FL), are private certifications with professional and cultural value recognized internationally, but they do not constitute public academic degrees under the current Italian regulations (MIUR).
Authorized Use of the Title
In CVs, portfolios, and professional profiles
In work and business contexts, to enhance acquired skills
For access to private courses, non-university master’s programs, educational activities, and roles
In international contexts, particularly in countries adopting systems based on EQF, ISO, or validation of non-formal competencies

Limits and Restrictions
The titles issued by Calbaria do not authorize the use of terms protected by Italian law and cannot be used:
For registration in public university courses or access to public competitions requiring academic qualifications
To legally claim the title of “Doctor” or “Graduate” in Italy
As an equivalent to a public Italian university degree
As a substitute for qualifications required by professional orders or regulated registers
