Legal Disclaimer on the Use of Credentials

Calbaria University™ is the academic denomination and trade name of Calbaria Education Group, LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida (USA), with registered office at 848 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131.

The credentials issued certify the completion of advanced educational programs delivered within a private, non-state academic system.

Such credentials do not constitute public university degrees nor state-recognized academic qualifications under Italian law and do not fall within the Italian public university system (MUR – Ministry of University and Research).

Credentials may be used for:

  • inclusion in curricula vitae and professional profiles;
  • enhancement of competencies and learning outcomes;
  • access to non-university educational programs and executive pathways;
  • use in international contexts recognizing non-formal education.

Credentials do not grant and may not be used:

  • for enrollment in public universities or public competitions requiring official academic degrees;
  • to legally claim protected titles such as “Dottore” or equivalent public academic designations;
  • as qualifications equivalent to state university degrees;
  • in place of qualifications required by regulated professions or public authorities.

Within Anglo-Saxon and Ibero-European educational systems (e.g., títulos propios), it is established practice for institutions to issue institutional awards. Their value derives from program quality and market evaluation, not from automatic legal recognition.

The term “Graduate” refers to completion of a program within the internal academic system of Calbaria University™.

The Italian translation “Laureato” is used exclusively in this internal context and does not constitute a public state-recognized university degree.

Programs are based on organizational quality principles (ISO 9001 – IAF 37), indicative use of EQF frameworks, and alignment with European principles on non-formal education (Directive 2006/123/EC, Italian Legislative Decree 13/2013, Italian Law 4/2013).

Any conformity attestation may be subject to separate external validation by qualified European partners.

Credentials are issued by a private entity governed by U.S. law. Use is under the sole responsibility of the holder.
